Conclusions from the Discovery Phase drive the solution blueprint.

With the comprehensive assessment of the’ business needs in hand, we begin the Design Phase. During this phase, a concise specification document is prepared which clearly outlines the requirements to support the business strategy.
Once the clients review and approve the specification document, we move on to the Development phase. During this phase, our consultants implement the detailed solution to meet the clients' need.
During the Deliver phase, we roll out the solution to our clients. The deliverables include design documents, project report, etc.
During the Defend phase, we proceed a post-implementation review with our clients, provide the security plan and risk mitigation solution to defend their investment.
Our engagement model
on a project basis, we address the immediate problem and set a defined time-frame in which to deliver the solution.
Through a retainer engagement, we work part-time to solve a particular problem or series of problems and provide advice on an ongoing basis.
As an interim executive, we manage day-to-day operations, assess the organization’s key challenges and opportunities and bridge the transition to new leadership.
