1. How Crux helped a nationwide launch for one of the largest financial house.

To meet the demand for a nation wide launch, one of the leading banking firms needed a ‘trained & experienced’ sales team (over 300) across geographies.

2. How Crux supported a leading Telco augment and expands its reach for technical services.

To meet peak fluctuations for the launch of a new service Telco needed  a flexible and experienced workforce of anything up to 1000 temporary staff all over the nation.

The earlier model involved sourcing these candidates themselves but it was a huge exercise in the identification, selection and retention of the right quality of talented people. As it became increasingly demanding, the client sought a professional partner for the task. They appointed Crux in 2003 and have worked with them continuously since.
